Healing people and the Earth through housing, nature, and community.
Community of Grace supports people at risk of homelessness, poor health, and social isolation to rebuild their lives. Through accommodation, therapeutic activities, and compassionate support, we help individuals grow in strength, physically, mentally, and spiritually, so that they may become active members of society, playing their part in the community.

What We Do

Supported Housing
We offer small-scale, shared homes for individuals facing or recovering from homelessness, often with overlapping health challenges. These homes are embedded in green spaces and surrounded by gardens, support, and peer mentors.

Place of Welcome
An open-door community hub for those experiencing isolation, poverty, or mental health challenges. It is a low-barrier space to connect, eat, talk, and access basic support.

Therapeutic Horticulture
Structured ecotherapy sessions offer participants connection to the land and themselves. Activities include food growing, forest gardens, composting, and mindfulness in nature.

Landed Kitchen
A community cooking and nutrition programme using seasonal produce grown in our own gardens. Participants cook, eat, and share together—nurturing skills and relationships.
